Poems
Zigzag Kid

by Parthasarathi

I am a small zigzag kid
Who jumps off this style and that,
I never think just where I’ve put
My paint or brush or bonnet.
I am a little zigzag butterfly
Who flies here and there.
I just never know where to discover
my bag, my compass box, all my share.
I am a little zigzag baby,
I always hear them say “you forgot your pen!
You forgot your pencil!! Will you ever know
where your things are put away?”
