A Dream

Do you know what happened the other day? I had been to the ground to play with my friends Kanishk, Kavir, Alan, Vishnu, Namit, Vivodh, Arman, Aryan, Shrey, Pushkar and my brother Babloo.

We were playing football. Then suddenly I hit the ball very hard. I am the football champion of our class. The ball went high – up into the sky and hung there. It clutched a cloud. We all started jumping to get hold of the ball. Kanishk had an idea. Why not we all go to the sky and collect our ball? We skipped one by one and reached there!! My brother Babloo is an expert. He helped all of us to get there. We had great fun over there! We had a party. We played football kicking the ball from one cloud to the other. Sometimes we even kicked the clouds!! Small pieces of cloud were at our feet…very cold and cotton soft.

Then the girls of my class complained to our Nasreen Ma’am that we had been to the sky without calling them. Ma’am was upset. So she hired a helicopter and took all the girls to the sky. They were excited to see the beautiful sky where we had been enjoying. We had a cloud party—we all, Ma’am, and all my friends. We thanked and kissed our Ma’am for the pizza which she had carried all the way from the pizza hut here .We were fighting for bigger pieces of it and Pushkar took away my pizza. So Namit and Kavir shared with me. I was crying “Mama...my pizza..”

Just then I heard my Mama’s voice calling me, “Sonu, get up! It’s 9 O’ clock in the morning baba! See I have got a pizza for you.”

I asked, “ My friends? And our cloud party? Give me my piece of cloud…”

I told the dream to my Mama. She liked it. Did you?
