Poems
Nature’s Bounty

by Rutuparna Nanda

Nature is so wonderful!
Calm and quiet,
Greenery of mountains,
Cool breeze over the fountains,
Fragrance of Flowers, Chirping of birds,
Attract me.

Heigh Ho, Friends
Look at the trees
How precious there are!
How useful they are!
Oh its awful!
Cutting of trees and crushing the beautiful flowers

Heigh Ho, dear friends!
Don’t cut the trees.
They’d cry, they’d bleed.
Let the tree but saved
from the greed and hunger of civilization.
