When you pray to God thank for the wonderful body he has given you.

Say this prayer once:

Thank you God for the hands
Thank you God for the legs
Thank you God for the eyes
Thank you God for the ears
Thank you God for the brain
Thank you God for the heart
Thank you God for my whole body
which you have kept functionally completely

After you have finished saying the prayer now do as instructed:

Take a ribbon or shoelaces
Keep your one hand at the back or in the pocket
Now try tying that ribbon with only one hand
Try for 2 minutes
Now thank God for the 2 hands he has given you.

Stand on one leg for as long as you can
When you cannot; put your both legs down and
Now thank God for the 2 legs he has given you.

Switch on the TV
Put you favorite cartoons
Close both your eyes and do not watch the cartoon for 5 minutes

Or
Close your eyes
Now search for your book

Now thank God for the 2 eyes he has given you.

Close your ears
Ask a friend to tell a joke
Open your ears when everyone is laughing heartily
and you missed out the joke because of your ears

Now thank God for the 2 ears he has given you.

By now you must have realized how much God has already given you.
Why ask for more when you have more than what you need?

Think of what a wonderful life you have been blessed with when you have a fully functioning healthy body. What more do you want?

Take care of your body. Be happy. Keep Smiling. Thank God again and again.
