A friend who comforts me
Who has unlimited hours for me
We share a great time together.

Happy am I for my friend
Who has all the time to afford
Who supports my feelings
Who swings when I am intoxicated

Happy am I by my friend
Who laughs when I laugh
Who weeps when I frown
Happy am I – for solitude – my friend!
